THICKENED GELATIN

Ingredients

    Individual Recipe: 2 servings
  • 1 cup chilled, pre-set gelatin
  • 4 pump strokes SimplyThick gel OR 2 30g honey packets
  • Whipped Cream

    Bulk Recipe: 8 servings
  • 4 cups chilled, pre-set gelatin
  • 1/240g SimplyThick honey packets
  • Whipped Cream

Directions

    Individual Recipe (2 Servings)
  • Add 1 cup (8 oz.) of chilled, pre-set gelatin to blender.
  • Add two 30g SimplyThick honey packets, or add 4 pump strokes of SimplyThick gel to blender.
  • Blend items together until thoroughly mixed.
  • Spoon 4 oz. of finished product into serving dish. Place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
  • Add a dollop of whipped cream for garnish and serve.

    Bulk Recipe (8 servings)
  • Add 4 cups (32 oz.) of chilled, pre-set gelatin to blender.
  • Add one 240g SimplyThick honey packet to blender.
  • Blend items together until thoroughly mixed.
  • Spoon 4 oz. of finished product into serving dish. Place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
  • Add a dollop of whipped cream for garnish and serve.

    Critical Control Points (CCP):
  • Reheat to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F for 15 seconds. Maintain at a minimum internal temperature of 135°F for no longer than 4 hours. Discard any leftover portions.
