Ingredients

  • 3 cups Strawberries, fresh
  • 2 strokes SimplyThick gel

Directions

CCP: Wash fresh berries under rapid running cold water.

Remove stems and slice.

Place berries in food processing bowl. Do not fill more than 2/3 full.

Process berries until smooth.

Add SimplyThick gel and process for 1-2 minutes.

Taste and sweeten as needed with a small amount of sugar.

CCP: Chill to 41° F until service.

Note: Final product will have tiny seeds remaining. Check with your speech therapist for use.
