Ingredients

For 4 serving(s)
  • 2.25 cups Egg Noodles, cooked 
  • 4 tsp Margarine
  • 6 ounces Whole Milk
  • 3 strokes SimplyThick gel

Directions

CCP: Cook noodles in salted, boiling water.

Cook until soft and slightly overcooked.

Drain noodles and rinse in cold water.

Place cooled noodles in food processing bowl.

Do not fill more than 2/3 full.

Process noodles, SimplyThick gel, margarine, and cold milk for 3-4 minutes until creamy and smooth.

CCP: Place in pan, cover and reheat to 160° F.

CCP: Place on steam table.

Stir before serving.
