Ingredients

For 3 serving(s)
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1.5 tsp Meat Base
  • 3 strokes SimplyThick gel
  • Garlic Powder to taste
  • Onion Powder to taste
  • White or Black Pepper to taste

Directions

CCP: Heat water and meat base to 160° F.

(Can be done in microwave oven for 60-90 seconds).

Mix SimplyThick gel with seasonings and whisk with wire whip.

Sauce will be somewhat foamy.

Taste gravy and season as needed.

CCP: Pour into steam table pan and cover.

Note: Very fast alternative for meat sauces. Can add dark coloring for garnishing.
