Ingredients

For 2 serving(s)
  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • 2 strokes SimplyThick gel
  • Garlic Powder to taste
  • Onion Powder to taste
  • White or Black Pepper to taste

Directions

CCP: Keep milk refrigerated at 41° F or lower until ready to use.

Heat milk to 160° F. (Can be done in microwave oven for 60-90 seconds).

Mix SimplyThick gel, seasonings, and whisk with wire whip.

Sauce will be somewhat foamy.

Taste gravy and season as needed.

CCP: Pour into steam table pan and cover.

Note: May use low fat milk for lower fat cream gravy. SimplyThick gel gives thick creamy texture. A very fast alternative for white sauce.
