Ingredients

  • 2.5 Tbsp Tarter Sauce
  • 3 ounces Chicken Broth
  • 3 strokes SimplyThick gel

Directions

Cook fish per manufacturers instructions.  Cool slightly.

Process fish for 3 minutes until smooth.

Add tartar sauce, chicken broth, and SimplyThick gel.

Process for 3 minutes until smooth.

Taste fish and season as needed.

Pour into steam table pan and cover.

CCP: Place in pan, cover, and reheat to 160° F.

Stir before serving.
